Gospel Magic
For those who work with small children as Catechists or with people down on their luck, or suffering from addictions, gospel magic is a great way of giving a visual to a hard to grasp concept.
An example would be explaining the Trinity or who’s prayers does God hear or who’s most important in God’s eyes. The same simple to do magic trick explains each scenario. How do you give hope to an addict or show that everyone has some form of addiction? A card trick or a paper folding trick.
We have loads of regular magic tricks that when given the ”gospel” patter become so meaningful to getting people to look at something in a different light.
